Terms of Service

By scheduling or purchasing services from City State Services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services

City State Services provides professional mobile fleet washing and exterior vehicle detailing services for commercial customers. Services may include exterior washing of commercial cars, trucks, vans, box trucks and trailers, as well as recurring fleet-cleaning services.

Scheduling

Services are performed at an agreed-upon customer location, facility, yard or other designated service location. Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the vehicles scheduled for service.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing depends on vehicle type, fleet size, vehicle condition, service frequency and requested services. Final pricing will be communicated to the customer before service. Payment is due when services are rendered unless other payment terms have been agreed upon.

Vehicle Condition

Customers should disclose known damage or unusual vehicle conditions before service. City State Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, mechanical problems or defects unrelated to the cleaning service.

Service Results

Cleaning results may vary based on vehicle condition, staining, buildup, age and other factors.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers should contact City State Services as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We request at least 24 hours’ notice when reasonably possible. Recurring service arrangements may be cancelled by contacting customer service before the next scheduled service.

Refunds and Service Concerns

Refunds and service concerns are governed by our Refund and Dispute Policy. Customers should contact us promptly regarding any service or billing concern at babettecitystate@outlook.com .
